Common questions

Forgot your password? Contact us from the email address on your account and we'll help you back in.
Didn't get an invitation? Check your junk folder, or ask the family admin to invite you again.
Can the person I'm buying for see I claimed something? No. Claims and suggestions never reach their phone.
Not getting notifications? Check they're turned on for Wishlist in your phone's settings, and that you're watching the person.

Delete your account

You can delete your account and lists yourself at any time:

Open Wishlist on your phone, or sign in on the web at app.magicwishlist.app.
Go to Profile.
Choose Delete my account and lists and confirm.

Your wishes, purchase records and receipts are deleted, anything you'd claimed goes back for someone else to buy, and you're removed from your families. Gifts already marked as given stay in the other person's history.

Can't sign in, or want everything erased, including sign-in records and your account record? Use the contact form with My account or privacy and the email address on your account. We'll erase it within 30 days and let you know when it's done.
